If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form. We keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes

Pupil information

If you are a pupil your school or college will have provided information about you to us which we will process on your school’s behalf. This information about you as a pupil may include your contact details, your age and date of birth, your gender, and assessments you undertake and their results over a number of years. In addition your school may add other information that they collect.

If you are a pupil your school will have provided information about you to us which will process on its behalf in order to:

  • support your learning
  • mark assessments and record assessment results
  • monitor and report on your progress
  • assess the quality of our services

We will process your data for these purposes in accordance with instructions from your school and will report on the outcome of our services to your school.  We will not give information to any third parties. Where possible we will anonymise personal data.

Teacher/Tutors/Lecturers

If you are a teacher or staff of a School or college, we will process your information provided to us by your School or by you:

  • to support you teaching and use of any digital platform products
  • to process any orders you make for products and services on behalf of the School or Institution or on your own behalf as the case may be.
  • Obtain feedback from you in surveys relating to our products and services/ educational topics

When we have your consent to contact you, we may use your information to:

  • to keep in contact with you and provide you with marketing communications about news that we believe may interest you;
  • tell you about new website features or services;
  • send you newsletters;
